The HFT have houses in Bude, Liskeard, St Teath, St Austell and Wadebridge. Home Farm Trust is a national charity for people with learning disabilities and provides supported living, care homes, advocacy, supported employment, respite breaks and day services as well as support service for carers of people with learning disabilities.
