All visitors under 18 must be accompanied to Holifair by a responsible parent/guardian over the age of 25. A maximum ratio of 1 adult to 4 under 18’s is allowed. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES
Children under 5 years old can come to Holifair for free with a parent/guardian who has bought a ticket. Children aged 6-14 require a children’s ticket.
Holifair has a Family Camping area for our younger visitors and their parents/guardians. We have a Childrens Area which will be running from 10am until 6pm. Keep an eye on the website for what will be happening there.
Bringing Alcohol: What’s Allowed?
We have tried to keep the ticket price fair, and in order to continue this, we rely on funding from our bars and therefore politely ask you not to bring your own alcohol into the events field. Spingo, Stingers and other local beverages are available at reasonable prices. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol into the camping field, but please NO GLASS – it is a hazard not only to other people onsite, but to the cattle which graze in the field when you’re not there.
Can we get Sunday tickets on the gate?
Yes…that’s the only place they are available. Parking on Sunday is free.
Holifair is happy to allow Campervans on site for an extra fee of £20, available online or at the gates, so there is no need to book your spot. However, there is limited space so first come, first served.
The closest cash machine is in the Premier Shop in Gweek. There is a fee per transaction.
Holifair is committed to ensuring that all our visitors have an excellent time at the festival.
Please provide your Blue Badge to the stewards at the gate upon arrival and they will ensure that you get to the Disabled Parking area. Disabled parking costs £10.
There is a wheelchair accessible compost toilet in the events field as well as two toilets near the entrance to the farm.
Disabled people and carers do not get concessions for Holifair.
We aim to continually improve Holifair festival, if you have any suggestions to help us do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Holifair is located on Holifield Farm, Bonallack Lane, Gweek, TR12 6UJ. Map here
We will have a new fire pit area for 2014 which we are very excited about. Look out for the signs.
Visitors are allowed to use fire pits in the camping area, as long as they are do so considerately and respectfully.
We have a first aid tent set up in the events field, with qualified staff on hand 24 hours per day. Outside of these hours you can contact the on site first aiders – phone numbers are on the info boards and programme leaflets.
Please leave your glass at home – it is a hazard to fellow revellers, as well as the cattle which graze on the fields when you are not there.
Lost & Found
Lost property can be found in our Info tent during the festival. Lost children are announced on the mainstage and taken to the childrens area until they are reunited with their parents. Information about the festival is available from here at all times during the festival. Please see the maps for our whereabouts.
