TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket, as purchase constitutes acceptance of them, both by you and any other party you buy tickets for.
- Tickets & Entry
Only customers holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the Event.
Tickets are uniquely bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, printed e-ticket, and to present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. We will do everything in our power to ensure that only the named ticket holder in each instance gains access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets or ID’s.
On arrival at the Festival site, your unique ticket barcode will be scanned, and you will be given a festival wristband, which must be worn at all times through the duration of the event. You will be asked to show this to gain admission to the Main Arena, and other site areas.
Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the Holifair team or Security staff will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband safe.
N.B. Day ticket are only available for Sunday. Available only on the gate
Ticket-holders can enter and exit the festival site between the following times, when the Admission Office will be open:
9am – 9pm Friday 12th August
9am – 9pm Saturday 13th August
9am – 9pm Sunday 14th August
No entry (including re-entry) will be permitted after 10pm on any day, when the Car Park gates will be closed.
- Booking Fee
Our ticketing partner, Ticketscript, levy a booking fee on each ticket, which allows us to offer you 24 hour, 7 day a week booking, provides a safe and secure transaction, and ensures a smooth entry system with individually bar-coded tickets. Please note that this fee is something that we bear in mind when setting the ticket prices.
- Refunds & Cancellations
This event is subject to License. Tickets are non-refundable, exceptin the event of the festival being cancelled (in entirety) by the Promoter. Please make sure that you purchase the correct ticket for your needs and are able to attend the event before buying.
In the extremely unlikely event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions or refund policy of our ticketing agent, Ticketscript.
Cancellation by a billed artist will not entitle you to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill.
Children are very welcome at Holifair Festival but remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. Children Under 5 are admitted for free. Children between 5 and 14 (inclusive) pay child prices, and their tickets must be purchased alongside adult tickets. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of 2 children per adult admitted. Proof of identity and age will be requested at the Admissions Gate.
It is your responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the event for any children in your party, considering such factors as curfew times, appropriateness of music, size of event etc.
Sorry but we can’t allow any dogs on site, unless registered Guide or Hearing dogs.
The Festival will operate a fully licensed and affordable bar, and only those over the age of 18 will be served (ID Required) Holifair Festival operates a Challenge 21 policy, and you may be asked to provide ID even if you are over 18.
NO ALCOHOL purchased off the premises will be allowed onto the main event field under any circumstances, and the staff reserve the right to confiscate and destroy and alcohol being drunk on the event field that was not bought here.
There will be plenty of food stalls serving healthy and wholesome meals and snacks throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food into the camping area, but not in to the Main Arena.
We want Holifair Festival to be one of the greenest on the calendar, and kindly request that you help us by using the specially designated Recycling Bins for your rubbish wherever possible.
All Weekend passes include camping in a designated area within the festival site, which is for TENTS only. Anyone looking to bring a campervan or live-in vehicle onto the site MUST purchase a valid Campervan Ticket, and park for the duration of the weekend in the designated campervan area. We can only allow a limited number of Live-in vehicles onto the site. Those turning up at the site with a Live-in vehicle and no campervan pass may be turned away; there is no camping allowed in the Car park.
The following items will NOT be permitted in the campsite: Personal stereos, Glass bottles, Weapons of any kind. All other items that are brought in to the Car park or either campsite are left at your own risk.
Holifair Festival is situated in a beautiful, rural area, and we kindly ask you to respect the welfare of our neighbours by adhering to a 12pm noise curfew in the campsite.
Safety for All
Holifair is all about good music, great vibes and the coming together of all ages to enjoy a rich, cultural event. Anti-social behaviour and activities, including any behaviour which the festival staff and stewards feel may significantly affect the enjoyment of other persons at the event, will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
