FAQ TICKET QUESTIONS:

Q: Do you tickets for Friday or Saturday only?
A: No – we do day tickets for Sunday only at £10 per adult (available ONLY on the gate)

Q: If I come just from Saturday can I get a price reduction?
A: No, sorry, we cannot logistically achieve that. £60 for 2 days is a massive bargain with all we have happening!

Q: Where can I get my weekend tickets?
A: They are available online  here
OR you can get them at full price from Music Box in Penzance, Jam Records in Falmouth, Natural Store in Helston & here at Holifield Farm Project Day Centre for Adults with Learning Disabilities in Gweek closer to the event! (Bring extra cash for your car & van passes which you can get on entry.)

Q: Will weekend tickets be available on the gate?
A: Yes, until we reach capacity

Q: Are vehicle passes available on the gate?
A: Yes

Q: How much are vehicle passes?
A: £10 shared cars, £15 single person cars, £20 live-ins

Q: I bought my ticket online but haven’t received my e-ticket – what can I do?
A: All customers would have received their tickets upon receipt of payment. It is common for tickets to end up in spam folders, so please check these first.
If they still are unable to locate the tickets, please see this link to get your ticket re-sent. For any other ticket queries please email support@ticketscript.com and they’ll get back to you within 4 hours. Please don’t call the farm – we are currently unable to deal with this.
